What you should do is attach a digital signature to your final pdf document , then email it to the ccbcaq email address , checking for the email auto receipt back , no receipt means not received ( bad for you )2 -

I have no idea where the letters are that would have come from CP PLUS t/a GROUPNEXUS or DCB LEGAL to check whether that is true or not.

Went on a mission this morning to find any letters that I may have had regarding this.I found 9… CP PLUS, DRP, SCS, DCBL.Wow.Attached is the first charge notice.2

Unfortunately you blacked out the issue date , but there is no POFA warning anyway , so no keeper liability , which is why they talk about the driver
