Is that date correct? If so it looks too late to be appealing to POPLA.
My appeal was refused by Initial Parking on the grounds stated in their appeal reply letter dated 25th October
2021 (see Image 4).
Please clarify. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

@umkomaas No, sorry for the confusion, well spotted. I'm still within the period to go to POPLA. Forgot to edit date when copying over letter. Will edit and have to give another once over.Umkomaas said:Is that date correct? So have you received a notice to keeper (NtK) in the post from the PPC? If not, don't go rushing that POPLA appeal. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

@Umkomaas It was a windscreen ticket for this ticket ticket (picture posted earlier in thread). Nothing has been received by post. First appeal was online and rejection was received via email.Umkomaas said:So have you received a notice to keeper (NtK) in the post from the PPC? If not, don't go rushing that POPLA appeal.0 -
"My appeal was refused by Initial Parking on the grounds stated in their appeal reply letter dated 25th October"
Please clarify which ppc - Initial Parking and Spring Parking are being stated.

I apologise, I was at work so didn't have time to edit should all be fixed now. The operator is spring parking.1505grandad said:"My appeal was refused by Initial Parking on the grounds stated in their appeal reply letter dated 25th October"

Wondering if there is anything else I can add to strengthen the appeal and hope the appeal I posted is all relevant to a windscreen ticket without a NTK letter.0 -
Just forget about rushing a POPLA appeal right now. Did you study the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post, about why, with a windscreen ticket, you should delay your first appeal (which you seem to have already submitted) to the parking company until around day 25/26.Please tell us you fully understand the reasoning, and the strategy, for that. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. @Umkomaas I sent it around day 22 for some silly reason. I know, I should have waited and rushed for some reason.Umkomaas said:Just forget about rushing a POPLA appeal right now. The reason is to give them less time to prepare a defence. I hope I haven't messed it all up now.0 -
No, the reason for delaying to day 25/26 is to avoid reminding them to send a NtK until it is too late to for them send one.Danny30 said:Umkomaas said:Just forget about rushing a POPLA appeal right now. By appealing earlier, you are actually prompting them to send a NtK.1 -
So I messed this one up. Assuming I get sent a NTK now, do I still have a reasonable shot with POPLA?KeithP said:
