Asda Mobile appalling customer service

Back in October 2021 Asda mobile cut off my wife's PAYG mobile phone for what appeared to be for no reason, we then find that the reason was they had changed carriers but did not inform us. After many emails and two waste of time phone calls it was agreed that her outstanding credit due was £ 4.60p not a fortune but we had to accept a gift card for that amount. To this date and after many more emails with many not answered we are still waiting for this refund now 3 months plus.
   In frustration I phoned their customer service and spoke to a nice lady in Egypt after going over the story again and supplying the case number I still got nowhere, I seemed to be banging my head on the wall.
   Any Asda mobile customer be warned should you need any help from their customer service dept be prepared for a long incompetent runaround.

    I transferred my mobile to Asda some months ago but left them within a month. They alienated their customers about ten years ago when they changed their network provider, now they've done it again. They used to have a call centre in the Isle of Bute as I remember. 

    I'd advise anyone to avoid Asda Mobile based on my experience.
