QDR Solicitors - Pursuit to pre-action protocol for debt claims

I received this latter today, stating I had 30 days to respond or County Court proceedings may be anticipated and instructed.

Do I need to respond in any way at this stage or just continue to ignore?

Is it likely they will pursue £182 in a county court...

Thanks for any replies or advice in advance.

Yes (unless you are in Scotland).  Have you not noticed that almost every thread is about defending a court claim?

Sounds like you need to sit down and read the second post of the Announcement thread at the top of this forum 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST'.  It's there to inform people what to do at their stage.  Yours is covered in the second reply/post, LBC stage,

If so, best to continue on that one and let this one die.  If it is a separate issue, what happened to your other one?

For general feedback from the regulars :- although that  document says it is a letter of claim, surely it cannot be because (a) debt collectors ZZPS cannot instruct anyone and (b) they say they anticipate starting court action after a review of the account. Or do I have something wrong here. Thanks

This is the response after requesting a SAR as advised. They also sent a zip file which I am unable to open?

Any advice on my next steps please

So where does ZZPS fit in?

SAR to ZZPS and to QDR.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

That's a debt collector letter so can be ignored. A real LBC/LoC/Court Claim must not be ignored.

What happened when you complained to the landowner?

Where did the alleged event occur? The site may have cropped up here before.

Have you complained to your MP yet.

I can't find out who the landowner is. It happened on Middlebrook Retail Park in Bolton.

    2019.

No I didn't complain to the MP

This sign that you pass on the way in will surely help with that...

The same sign was there in 2018 and 2019.
