DCBL NOTICE OF DEBT RECOVERY - Advice please

Hi,
I received this letter this morning...
I am anxious as this time of the year I simply don't have the money to pay within 14 days, Christmas has been expensive.

Should I ignore? I really don't want to end up paying £600 eventually to get my car back. I could lend the money from a relative.
I have already had a CCJ previously from ignoring fines and they took my car away. I had to pay £600 eventually.
Please help...

Read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , Fourth post , about boring debt collector letters
Which Parking company ?2 -
It may be worth adding I parked in a disabled parking space, it was night-time and visibility was poor. Simply wasn't aware until I returned to my vehicle.0

Is this as a result of a CCJ or another PCN? Having been through the process once, one would have thought that you would have been better placed to avoid receiving more parking tickets (PCNs) by parking incorrectly.I could lend the money from a relative.
You could BORROW money from a relative. Which parking company is involved this time?

Company is UK parking control limited.0 -
Have you appealed it? Did you complain to the landowner/retail park? What was the outcome? That is a debt collection agent letter not a formal letter before/of claim (LOC) and there is likely to be an avalanche of such letters before a LOC. They can be filed away safely (in case you want to use them in court to show how unreasonable the PPC has been). Wait for a formal LOC - the NEWBIE sticky explains what one is and then what action to take.3

This is a debt collector letter , not a CCJ , not been to court yet
Ignore debt collector letters
Come back if they send an LBC with 30 days notice and includes financial forms too
Also come back to this thread if a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton arrives in the post
It will be 2021 before anything important happens3 -

I really don't want to go to court.0 -
Complain to the landowner/retailer - that is Plan A in the NEWBIE sticky.2

Don't tell me the instructions about pre-court and court defence stage, in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread is too complicated for you. It isn't.
It annoys me that some people just can't be bothered to read some words but if that's a real difficulty, get someone to read post #2 of the NEWBIES thread with you (about how to win in court next year) and post #4 about ignoring debt recovery letters.
Anyone who pays this would be stark staring mad and you didn't have to pay the one you did settle, had you defended it. As you will this one if you actually read what we tell people to do. Jeez that's not even a recovery letter and the back tlls you that it is NOT a bailiff letter (no-one can take your car at pre-action stage).
Why didn't you appeal the fake PCN and have all the letters from UKPC been arriving at the right address? Is your car log book showing the right address?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
