Sorry, I have ADHD it's hard for me to concentrate and retain information. I'm sorry.Coupon-mad said:Don't tell me the instructions about pre-court and court defence stage, in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread is too complicated for you. It isn't.
It annoys me that some people just can't be bothered to read some words but if that's a real difficulty, get someone to read post #2 of the NEWBIES thread with you (about how to win in court next year) and post #4 about ignoring debt recovery letters.
Anyone who pays this would be stark staring mad and you didn't have to pay the one you did settle, had you defended it. As you will this one if you actually read what we tell people to do. Jeez that's not even a recovery letter and the back tlls you that it is NOT a bailiff letter (no-one can take your car at pre-action stage).
Why didn't you appeal the fake PCN and have all the letters from UKPC been arriving at the right address? Is your car log book showing the right address?
I put all the letters in the bin. They have been arriving but seemed to stop during lockdown for a few months.
Yes the last one where they took my car away I wish I could have spoken to you guys then.
. Should I still appeal the parking notice now or try to complain to the land owner? Or is it too late now.
Sorry again and thanks for the replies.1 -
Landowner complaint is never too late. You will get a claim next year so you must get someone to read the NEWBIES thread with you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok I'll try to send email to landowner right now and then I'll come back if I receive anymore letters.
Thanks for advice.3 -
I have read them, it's all very confusing for me.
It is a complicated, reading several times is often necessary. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
I don't understand why people say ''I've read THEM''.
What is ''them'?
If we direct people to just read the second post of the newbies thread about court stage, THEN THAT'S ONE POST TO READ, NOT ''THEM''.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
