Early call today for day 5. I had run out of bin bags and thought I was going to have to have a spendy day to replenish them and probably only other people doing the challenge will understand what a thrill it was to find some stuffed into the back of a drawer so an NSD instead2

i am able to set a highish target as i live on my own , kids flown the nest , i dont travel out for work and im miles from the nearest shops and also hate shopping
my pet supplies i buy in bulk so they last 3 months
its a lot more difficult if nearer temptation and have a family to cater for, setting NSDs even if you get 1 in a month allows you to be mindful of where at what your spending on and needs versus wants , were all champions for being part of this inspiring thread x2 -
not one for me today as veg box subscription was due
, though not the cheapest way to get fruit n veg its wonderful i can have it delivered, keeps me having to go to the supermarket which would be a 20mile round trip and im eating better as loathe waste so a win win situation for me3
