Passenger Locator Form ?

I fly with BA a lot (exclusively in fact) and it doesn't actually present any problems. Once you've registered then it's pretty straightforward to to add one's trip onto it. It's also relevant that not every destination is on there, though obviously return to the UK is.Sandtree said:

The code does, I remember that much. In any case the chances of being asked to produce it on return are minimal (its linked to your passport), and is waiting an extra 30 seconds for the email a hardship?PFo said:When you have completed the form, does the QR code and reference number appear on the screen, before the e-mail, so you can print screen, if you wish?
Or, do you have to wait for the e-mail?
A number of airlines including BA are now asking you to use VeriFly or equiv to confirm your status to be able to fly and for any flight to the UK that includes giving them the PLR details (I just uploaded the PDF but maybe you can do just the QR as it was with the covid vaccination status). Certainly the message I got from BA was that without VeriFly you wouldnt be able to check in online but didnt test if that was true or a hollow threat. Certainly at the airport there was the usual Business line, a VeriFly line and a non-VeriFly line... the later was by far the biggest and slowest moving so even if its not mandatory then it could well be advisable.
I generally check in online so I can't vouch for the queues....

Wasnt suggesting it was a difficult process but it does mean you actually care about the passenger locator form as you need it for the app... at the UK border you just use the egates as normal and the rest is done behind the scenes/electronically.jimi_man said:

I unfortunately had hold luggage so whilst checked in online (lost my airline status and not paying £100+ to select a seat) had to queue to drop off the bag... most business trips I'd be hand luggage only but for a 4 month stay I reluctantly had to accept I needed a proper suitcase0 -
Four months and needed more than hand baggage? Poor show!Sandtree said:
