If they are buying food and petrol on a regular basis from this petrol;station over a year that is quite a big spend.
It annoys me when these companies who are paying a fortune to advertise and paying influencers to attract new customers treat their existing customers so badly.

This is happening in many garages all over the UK.Seems to be something that is more common at BP sites, odds on the M&S is a franchise ( as is the BP branding) run by some other companyWhere is this garage? All the more reason to go after the garage owners/operators to get this cancelled and to make having met parking on their site a huge pain in the rear for themFrom the Plain Language Commission:

It's on Abington Avenue in Northampton but BP have a contract with Met Parking and it will be the case in many other petrol stations around the country. One person did manage to get theirs cancelled but it took months and many emails. Persistence required.1

They also have Wild Bean cafe there so people do nip in and out all the time and it wouldn't really occur to them they might end up with an even more expensive cup of coffee!Snakes_Belly said:If they are buying food and petrol on a regular basis from this petrol;station over a year that is quite a big spend.
