    I think you should leave the pump on medium at the moment.

    Your room stat is set very high! Personally I prefer TRVs on all rads except one (to act as a by-pass) and no room stat, but I have read this is not thought to be "best practice" anymore. It works for us, so we are happy.

    It takes our rads about 30mins to heat up....
