Irrelevant to your parking charge. Take it up with the local council, they are the enforcing authority in regard to PP/AC. Be prepared for a chase involving a wild goose.1505grandad said:Also wandering why the following is applicable:-"9. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Unfortunately all credibility goes out of the window once somebody is known to have lied. Why would anybody believe any subsequent statement you make? In essence you've been caught with your trousers down so to speak.NorfolkNewboy said:

As I asked previously (and I don't think it was answered) ... who was that in the photo you shared, said person holding a phone to take a photo (?) of the machine/sign?

Response from MP:
....... has now read your email carefully and appreciates you raising this with him.
Unfortunately, as an MP, he does not have direct influence over matters such as these, but he has offered, in the first instance, to raise your concerns with the relevant authority to ensure that they are given full consideration and to ask what further advice, assistance and information they might be able to offer you.
I can't see that doing any harm.1 -
No great surprise: appeal denied!
So I've paid the money and I will move on.0
