Ordered new phone from Online Samsung shop via link on this site. What’s going on.

Hi, ordered a Samsung S20 FE 5G phone on Three network on 22nd December.  Upfront money taken out of account on 23rd December. Delivery date for phone 30th December. There was £100 cash back on this model phone plus it could have been added to another cash back promotion they were doing at the time.
Delivery date postponed to to the 12th January and then the 14th January. Then they sent a message saying it would be the 27th January. This is when I contacted there web chat to say that I was not to happy, as the way things have gone so so far what’s to say when it’s  near the delivery date again it would not be cancelled.

This was the email I received today.

This is a follow up with regards to the query you have made about the delivery of your order. 

I understand that you would like to get this resolve soon, our apologies that it's taking long and still delivery as soon as possible cannot be confirm as the reason why we are unable to proceed is because of Customer's details on the order did not match which the Customer's Information registered with the sim plan agreement. 
Our relevant team have tried everything in their end as to fix the order however this may take longer and still we can't guarantee. It will be at your best interest to cancel and re-order instead. 

Please let us know how would you like us to proceed with your order? Would it be to continue with the order as we try to fix it or to cancel for a refund and so you may re-order again?
