Natwest had problems with this before a few years ago and some had to wait an extra 2 weeks and had to pay out compensation to those affected that made complaints
I contacted them a few days ago as I haven't received a text, to ask if I had met the criteria and noticed they had changed the wording on the bot reply for the campaign to "will be paid into your account in June 2022" when everything had previously said "will be paid into your account by 9th June 2022"

Natwest are genuinely the worst bank I've ever dealt with from start to (hopefully) finish when I get the bonus. Awful. I don't think a single thing has gone right since I applied.0

They are breaking their own T&Cs with changing the date, are we due compensation if there are delays?. Existing customersIf you already have a NatWest Select, Reward, Reward Silver, Reward Platinum, Premier Select, Premier Rewardor Premier Reward Black account (‘existing eligible account’) opened prior to 24th January 2022, to get £150 you must:(a) by 5pm, 7th April 2022, transfer a non-NatWest current account to your existing eligible account (which includesclosing your non-NatWest current account and moving all your payment instructions to your existing eligibleaccount) using the Current Account Switch Service online; and(b) before 12th May 2022, deposit £1,250 into your existing eligible account and log into our mobile banking service.If you meet these conditions, we’ll pay £150 into your existing eligible account by 9th June 2022.Please note• You must apply online or via the mobile app. If you switch your account to us in branch or over the phone,no payment will be made to you.• If you close your new or existing eligible account before 9th June 2022, no payment will be made to you.• If you upgrade or downgrade your new or existing eligible account to another existing eligible account type withinthe offer period, you’re still eligible to receive payment so long as you continue to meet the conditions of the offer.0
