    Me neither..I checked with natwest previously as I've had mixed info whether I'll get it or not but I have done all I should so I'm concerned as no message.

    Is there any way of checking with Natwest on this?

    they normally send you a text, I got the 150 a different way when I switched last October I was due 100 by 11/01/22, which was paid in on 09/01/22

    the remaining 50 is paid by November this year providing I do 9 debit card transactions a month every month till September

    Same here,although I've checked with natwest on their online chat through app help and seem to be sure I'm entitled to it so hoping just a glitch with everyone not getting the texts...
