  • They have messaged me back, said they will message me today with outcome.
  • They have messaged me back...said they will credit my account with the 150 as can see I've checked and been told I would get it.

    It's better to do it via the chat on their app. Say you want to complain and they put you through to that team. Open until 4 today. Was really fast actually within 1 hour sorted.

    Just been called by the complaints team after asking to make a complaint on live chat,  They explained that i don't qualify but as the live chat team told me on numerous occasions that i do and gave incorrect information i'll be getting the £150 today.

    Just been called by the complaints team after asking to make a complaint on live chat,  They explained that i don't qualify but as the live chat team told me on numerous occasions that i do and gave incorrect information i'll be getting the £150 today.

    Did they specify exactly why you didn't qualify?

    Said i had one in my name since 2017 and when i messaged to ask if i qualified that i should have been advised i didn't but as they told me numerous times on live chat that i did qualify and would get it they agreed to pay out the bonus
