It's better to do it via the chat on their app. Say you want to complain and they put you through to that team. Open until 4 today. Was really fast actually within 1 hour sorted.vienly said:how did they message you? I opened a complaint and nothing yet1 -
Just been called by the complaints team after asking to make a complaint on live chat, They explained that i don't qualify but as the live chat team told me on numerous occasions that i do and gave incorrect information i'll be getting the £150 today.
