I'm really cross about this. After I opened a new account as an existing customer and transferred the money. I checked in branch and they said all was good. Phoned last week to check I'd done everything correctly. She said she couldn't see any reason why I wouldn't get the bonus. Not had anything paid out etc. So phoned this morning to find that I'm not on the switch scheme. I'm so angry about being told I'd done everything correctly and now being told I haven't.0

I'm not eligible now apparently due to a switch in 2019 but always been told I am eligible so they've put me through to the dedicated complaints team on chat...

I've been passed to them on live chat, not holding much hope due to the condition but they should be better at telling people earlier that they are not eligible, they shouldn't be stringing folk along like that.

Exactly and I've double checked a few times where I've been told I'll get it even yesterday being told by 11.59pm!!0
