No, because we are connected to all the music we've already bought (don't ask me how, it's pixies or magic, via his laptop? )So Amazon music is essentially an added bonus. It just seems to be an issue with pronunciation.comeandgo said:Have you paid to get Amazon music unlimited? We have both an Alexa and a Hey Google. I was surprised to find that Hey Google is just as bad at answering crossword clues.Le_Kirk said:Combined with Smart plugs and programming a routine, I use my key phrase to tell her I am going to bed and she turns the lights off sequentially giving me just enough time to get upstairs. On Friday when I go out, I have written another routine with a key phrase for Mrs Le_Kirk to use that turns off a couple of lights and leaves enough on for me to see when I come home. I thought it would be good to use her for help with the general knowledge crossword at the week-end (only the answers to clues we cannot work out) but I am tired of hearing "I am sorry, I don't know that".No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?1 -

I use Alexa to weigh things that are too light for the bathroom scales (which are handily located within earshot of Alexa).
Stand on scales holding item.
"Alexa, what is 83.25 kilos minus (step off scales) 74.60 kilos"?

Ooh, this is how I weigh my cats, but without Google's help, I'm repeating the number in my head so I don't forget it, good tip!lammy82 said:I use Alexa to weigh things that are too light for the bathroom scales (which are handily located within earshot of Alexa).

It's not subtraction that's the issue, it's remembering the number 😆cx6 said:If only they taught subtraction at schools.
