The Defendant has a court claim to defend. It is past the point of friendly discussion.
You say 'completely unjustified'.
Translate that into legal argument and write it into the template Defence that I pointed you towards earlier.2 -

Never phone a parking company or debt collector
A judge will decide if it's unjustified or not , in court
Who is the defendant ? You or your partner. ( There is no WE ) , only one person is named , the RK
And please change the thread title to
Highview Parking court claim1 -

That and many other questions are already answered either in the NEWBIES thread, and you already have a link to that, or the template Defence thread.2 -

She does the AOS on MCOL
She emails a SAR to the DPO at group Nexus
She emails her defence to the CCBC in Northampton
Etc
Ps , she should also complain strongly to Buzz bingo and get them both cancelled ASAP
If they were unjustified , she should have complained and also appealed at the time1 -

You have a County Court Claim to defend.
You must defend it or you will have a County Court Judgment against you.
Who is 'the manager' who has cancelled it? The manager of what?
You can perhaps include in your Defence that 'the manager' doesn't want the claim to proceed, but until the Claim is officially discontinued, you must, must, must defend yourself against it.
Of course everywhere I have written 'you' or 'yourself' I mean the named Defendant.2
