    But without settling this for good, you leave yourself exposed to a possible Court Claim.
    Just picking up onthe word 'settling' to confirm you don't advise 'pay'?!   No-one pays PCM.
    Absolutely, "settled" as resolved, concluded, not with payment! One can't live with the "false hope" that this gang won't start the Court Claim. To me, it doesn't have any sense to pay now, but here we all know these people, the reason why is needed a confirmation that they will no longer be pursuing the matter and the parking charge has been cancelled.
