Spent £11.19 plus some nect*r points in Mr S today. So 11.19 / 200.I have an upright freezer plus a small under counter one, which I do keep fairly organised, though this does inevitably fall by the wayside after a while. I have an old diary where I write down what is on each shelf, and it is fairly up to date at the moment. A chest freezer is much harder though.7

I’ve seen a few people mention the L!d! bulk offer of tinned tuna. My local store is doing it next week. Can anyone tell me, will I find it in the middle aisle or on the shelf with the other tins of tuna?
Thanks in advance6 -
So nice to see everyone here now, I’ve been using my evenings ‘relaxing time’ as forum reading time and just love the contributions to the food related topics!Love everyone’s freezer plans! Can’t wait for ours to arrive Friday so I can fill it (probably 1/10th) full of what we already have as tonight I put away a cottage pie (probably should have been frozen yesterday!) and due to all the ice build up had to squash the foil tin to get it in!Thanks for the heads up on beans and tuna! I eat a lot of tuna (a few cans a week) as it’s so easy for working from home lunches and we like beans for weekend breakfasts and for my little one too. Shame I haven’t got a bulk fund any more but… it’s a short month so I might see if I can manage to get them anyway!Follow here for the daily life of an ADHD mum with 2 children and a new mortgage to pay

First spend of the month waa £6.87 for wraps, fruit and pickles in Lidl. I'm still running down old stocks in the freezer and had to consciously make myself walk away from the fresh meats - I have stuff to use first!
I did a full inventory of my frozen supplies and have a running list on my fridge freezer door and mark it as I use it/add things. It's a bit of a faff to start, but it's helped me keep to a minimum spend last month, because I can't say I have nothing in when the list is staring me in the face! Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....

Can I join in please? I feel like all my money goes on food and takeaways and I really need to drastically reduce this. There are only 2 adults here and yet we are spending a ridiculous amount. I've never counted how much we spend but I'll go for...
£400 this month (1st Feb - 28th Feb) and that's for all groceries, my own takeaways and cleaning products.6 -
When I got mine the tins were by the door as you walk in, they had a couple of different bulk offers together. They weren’t with the other tuna.
Thanks @StickyTheStickInsect. I’ll look there when i go along. It’s a good offer and I don’t want to miss it if I can help it
