That's useful if that's from the IHD. I would photograph all that data from the IHD itself.Jonesyjak said:Used kWh:

A question/suggestion for the forum, which I don't know the answer to... Does the BRIGHT app allow historic data pull from a meter? I don't use it so don't know and it might not help at all if the meter was offline from the DCC. Just a suggestion to get as much evidence as possible to take back to UW.

https://www.n3rgy.com will give you 90 days, which sadly might not be enough in this case. BRIGHT might give you more?bagand96 said:Does the BRIGHT app allow historic data pull from a meter? In theory, BRIGHT will give you daily data for the last 13 months if available. But if the meter started reporting 1 to the supplier, I wouldn't be surprised if that's the starting date...QrizB said:

That said, if that gives us insight into those 12 days of >600kWh usage, that would give us the answer!3 -
I registered usage of the Bright app in September 2021, but just checked and can look back as far as September 2020.bagand96 said:

Thanks. Might be an option for the OP then. Has to be worth a try and doesn't cost anything.GingerTim said:

Or, better still, if it turns out that it's reporting "1" one day and "3000" the next day.razord said:

Jan 22 to date 162Perfect, that is all the data you need to prove your pointNot sure why your use was higher for the first 3 months though, might want to have a think about what you were doing back then that you are not doing now... swapped out a lot of halogen bulbs for LED, stopped using an electric panel heater ...?

So the figures on the IHD don't correlate to the bills because the bills used estimates but the IHD is accurate - is that right?MWT said:Perfect, that is all the data you need to prove your pointNot sure why your use was higher for the first 3 months though, might want to have a think about what you were doing back then that you are not doing now... swapped out a lot of halogen bulbs for LED, stopped using an electric panel heater ...?
In terms of the higher three months, I had a crappy fan heater that I used a lot that winter and (and I feel awful about this) I was home schooling...so the TV was on...quite a lot...2 -
