My address is missing from broadband checkers

Looking to get away from my current provider. So I checked out some other providers. On the BT website I put in my post code but when I go to my specific address, it is not listed. My neighbours addresses on both sides are listed. My house is not a new build, nor has it been blown up/demolished. What is the most likely reason behind this?
Does this have anything to do with me still being in contract (< 1 month remaining)?
I want to follow this advice

Who are you with now?I've had it before where I was with TalkTalk for a while and every other provided were absolutely adamant they couldn't supply me. Including Plusnet who'd I'd moved from! I was able to move back to Plusnet and once I did, everybody suddenly decided yes they could supply me after all. I believe TalkTalk appears to be LLU where I am so perhaps that had something to do with it.0

Wonder if your property is one of those places where two postcodes might apply. I have that here with some databases accepting one postcode and others accepting the other. Perhaps see what postcodes nearby premises come under and see if yours is listed under one of those?0

If you try switching and the potential new provider cannot raise an order because your address cannot be identified on the OR system, then you contact your existing provider and get them to get Openreach to check and rectify any error or omission ( it’s called an ORDI , Openreach Data Integrity)
If you have never switched previously and have used BT for decades , then it’s possible the address error has always existed ( but that never really presented a problem ) if you have moved provider in the past or you currently use someone other than BT , then obviously they managed to use the existing system as it is to provide or migrate your service so there is no reason to think you will be unable to move provider easily in the future0 -
