 It never goes away unless they give up at this stage due to your robust evidence (that you need to supply now (assuming you are at LBC stage) or until they discontinue the court claim later on.
 You realise of course from regular reading of this forum (we hope) that the Govt Code is currently temporarily withdrawn, and why?
