Does anybody know a CC that will accept a balance transfer from JAJA?

Hi - I opened an HSBC balance transfer cc intending to transfer the balance from my JAJA cc.  However, they have refused to accept this as JAJA are apparently part of the HSBC group.  I have just found an old thread that uses the old Post Office cc details (before it transferred to JAJA) so I've tried to do that and am waiting to see if it works but in the meantime, has anybody found a cc company that will accept balance transfers from JAJA please?  Thanks.

Any card from a different provider/stable of cards.

Unfortunately not.  Lots of providers refuse transfers from JAJA.

If you're struggling to process a BT, go for a money transfer.

I think that costs more and I wouldn't potentially get 0% finance.  Sorry to be difficult but I really want a cc balance transfer.

Apart from the HSBC card which is part of the same stable, why have your other attempts to BT failed?  Have they been from part of the same stable?

Presumably the JaJa card has a regular 16 digit number? Is the BIN not being recognised by other cards?

I don't know anything about JAJA but is it actually a credit card in the normal sense?  Not a debit card??  We were never able to do a cc type BT with our Virginone CC as it is actually part of our flexible mortgage.  A money transfer to the mortgage did and still does work.

Jaja is nothing to do with HSBC. Probably Jaja not accepting balance transfers......

Thank you - I have tried to use the old Post Office details and am waiting to see if it works!  I not, I'll have to find another cc provider though.
