Hi - I opened an HSBC balance transfer cc intending to transfer the balance from my JAJA cc. However, they have refused to accept this as JAJA are apparently part of the HSBC group. I have just found an old thread that uses the old Post Office cc details (before it transferred to JAJA) so I've tried to do that and am…
