    Our contract is also up and we WILL be leaving if we ever get the chance to tell them. 
    We have been on the phone to them most of the day on and off going round and round in circles but mostly just listening to Ed Sheeren. 
    Every now and then someone answers, tells us we need the termination team and they will put us through. No they can't help us, it must be the termination team, no they can't ring us back. 
    Several times the line just cuts out so they take our number the next time we ring back in case it happens again. It happens again. 
    Blood boiling!!!!
