Thanks @SandyShores (every time I call you Sandy in my head, I see you as Sandy in Grease in the tight trousers and big hair! 😊😉)
:smiley::smiley::smiley:  Aw I loved those days (not the 50s) when the movie was all the rage, I was too young to have a pair of those trousers at the time, but a couple of years later I two pairs in lilac and blue, probably more the 80s disco versions  .  Nowadays its more likely to be leggings and a long top   I know the photo I need to add to my username now!

I'm glad you don't spend too much of your own time on work stuff.  I spent far too much of my own time on work previously so have gone cold turkey and am being really strict, but I will probably find a balance and do a bit in my own time when its for my own peace of mind.  And its good that you can have those conversations with your friend, it sounds like you have made her think.  xx

@SandyShores, it sounds like we are similar ages (I’m 52). I remember horrifying my mother when I went out and bought my first pair of jeans - 3/4 length Pepe’s, with the zip at the bottom of the leg - do you remember them?
In my case these days, I’m more likely to be found in a pair of black combats and an old holey top, deep in a border! 😂

You have reminded me - must draft an induction program / initial training plan for my new starter on Monday and then I can pack my work laptop away! 😊

It’s cold and gloomy here - I should be out planting but I just can’t face it atm. The bite in my leg is pretty sore - it’s got to the point now that my leg feels tight and restricted by it! 🙄
I will prep the induction as described above, do some ironing (a *very* rare event round here 😉) so I look respectable in Bath for lunch, get Mr KK’s washing out on the line (it’s sloshing around atm) and think about breakfast. Might read a bit more of either productivity ninja or the gloriously mad novel about a female, Arabic pirate before heading out 😊

Well I am really showing my age because my first thought was of Sandie Shaw singing barefoot!  Sorry about the bite they can be really nasty & can need antibiotics.

Thanks 😊 It’s slowly getting better and nowhere near as ‘rocious as the last one on the inside of my foot, which kept me awake for the best part of a week!
