Just had an ‘exciting’ moment ….
I was trying to google the cost of buying fresh rhubarb to update my produce tracker when suddenly my laptop start blaring an alarm at me, claiming to be a windows security alert and ‘ring this number to speak to a technician’ etc. It was deafening and looked really credible …. Somehow though, the melodramatics didn’t ring true. I forced a powered shut down and did a Google on my mobile about it - turns out to be an identity theft scam. I switched the laptop back on and the screen that I couldn’t get past was still there but fortunately the auto recorded voice and blaring alarm had stopped. I ctrl-alt-deleted my way to task manager and shut the browser down. Then was able to get back on the net and finally get a price for my rhubarb!

£5.90 btw, for what I picked this morning so my total value for the year from my garden is now £30.57 😊

Thanks @MissRikkiC 😊 (I had completely forgotten, but I can use it this week as I am off from work.)
How long do you typically marinate and bake? And do you cut your tofu to the kind of size in the recipe photo?

I didnt, Ive cut it and done both strips for the likes of fajitas and also cubes for salad or whatever. I usually do the marinade over night. I really hope you like them, I found the one I ticked is better for using stuff you’ve already got in.

Oh and baking… I’m not entirely sure. I used the air fryer now but I’ve also eaten it as is as well. I have usually bought the tofoo0 brand and actually like it raw 🤣

Thanks @m@MissRikkiC - I don’t generally have limes in but I’ve got most of the rest 😊👍

Don't forget with rhubarb though that the home grown is better than shop bought.  It seems to be one of the things with a really significant difference.

And lime juice is pretty reasonable in bottles (not as nice but handy to have).  It says to use by 6 weeks after opening but we always keep longer - though I guess the any could be frozen in ice cube portions.

Edit:  found this whole web page about freezing juice and/or fruit portions - I never knew you could freeze the portions.  https://toasterovenlove.com/how-to-freeze-extra-lime-juice/
