I agree, not a failure at all. You've done. Good stint, many people (including me!) wouldn't have bothered at all. Well done for making the decision. I remember the relief I felt when I left the community garden - I'd loved many things about it, but it had just got very admin heavy and rather too much like work.... 😬1

I'm sure you've made the right decision @KajiKita. I have a lot to do with parish councils in my role as district councillor. What you describe is sadly not uncommon. You can put rules in place re vexatious behaviour if it rises to that. Worth talking to the Monitoring Officer at the district council about this as it may be empowering for you to investigate even if you're stepping back? Love Humdinger xx3
