Quiet day today.
Breakfast was amazing. The host is a good cook, using top quality ingredients and obviously sees food as health.Went to St David’s and then onto Fishguard. The cathedral was just as lovely (and eccentric 😉) as ever. Struggled to find anywhere to eat lunch that I liked the look of but eventually tracked down a chickpea ‘tuna’ sandwich (I’ve been eating waaaay too much cheese over the past couple of days - only veggie option usually, if you don’t want spicy beans). Bought Mr KK a couple of grab-bags of crisps of the type I am seeing everywhere down here.Got a bit stressed in Fishguard as I couldn’t find the car park where I’d left my car … cue lots of Google mapping and trying one after the other … 🙈 Yes, I’m an eejet! I’m going back there tonight for dinner so I have googled somewhere closer and more obvious to park!! 😉😂
Not sure what to do tomorrow. Whether to just head straight home (I have spent quite a lot down here already; books, purple copper turquoise pendant and a knitted thing for me) or stop off somewhere on the way, as after all I don’t come this way very often … 🤔

Stop off somewhere, you're not getting into debt over it, enjoy your trip while you're therehttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase

Thanks @skintspice and @PennysIntoPounds 😊
I have gone old school and had a look at an old road atlas from 2020 in conjunction with goggle. I think I will stop off at Laugharne Castle. It’s not too far ‘off track’, isn’t too expensive, has a small 19C garden and should allow me to grab a pit stop 😊 (3 hours is too long for a non stop run for me.)
