Brie - that's part of the problem - plus they can sell up to 5 days back. But it's not healthy, which is why a lot of states are moving by law to what's called 'self-managed PTO'. There is no set number of days, they can take as much as they like - with manager approval. So as long as the work gets done and there is someone to cover, I can't reasonably reject requests. However, they are struggling to get their heads round the fact that I expect them to take 25 days a year as they were on 10 days until they were moved to self-managed.
  • What a start to two weeks leave, a dinner thinking only of yourself, enjoy! Hope you sleep very well indeed, you've certainly earned it

Love the leave discussion. I haven't had a two week holiday since starting my company.  I've managed a few days here and there but since leaving PPH and the "drama" that followed that I've not had a 'holiday' at all.

I think that might be why i seem to spend Saturday afternoon in bed sleeping lately.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
