Doppelpunkt then.  Not end of intestine...  I did wonder why you would need to discuss your colon during a breathing exercise, but the only breathing exercises I have ever used were to release a small human.

I do love a good conversation at cross purposes. Dealing with ridiculous teenagers it happens a lot here.
Hope Colonel Colon behaves himself today.
    Happy weekend starts today 🥳🥳

    DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff.    Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Yeh, I know. Am hoping it acts as a reverse jinx and makes the sun come out …! 🤞😉

You and me both!! 😢😉 Thts why I have actually started the whole thing again, from the beginning of series 1. Interesting to rewatch when you already know who Lady Whistledown is … 😊

Well, I’m feeling a bit ‘morning after the night before here’. Went out last night, all the way to the marquee in the chapel field over the hedge at the bottom of our garden! Didn’t drink but it was late night for me so feeling a bit about. Cracking night though; listening to a folk duo and eating a ploughman’s and cakes with others from the village 😊 The fiddler is proper talented - there were moments when we weren’t in that tent anymore, thanks to her playing ❤️🤩

Limited ambitions for this weekend as I am tired after an intense week and my late night.
I would like to get my broad beans out and my runner beans in (hokey-cokey tune here please! 😉😂)
Make a veggie bolognese batch tonight to have with a baked spud - Mr KK should be out, weather permitting, so I can have what I like 😊
    Reading, knitting, basic chores.
Beyond that, pottering about at whatever comes to mind ….

Do you leave your broad bean roots in?  The runners should go like the clappers, and you will be eating them in no time.
My first strawbs (growing on the wall in a spare piece of guttering) have turned red. They look fab and will be inside me by the end of the day. I think I only managed to get 2 or 3 last year, very disappointing, so my ys ones this year have beaten that by 500%

Normally I don’t, but this time I have. I have also mulched with wool compost to feed the ground and keep it moist - I will have to water regularly as that spot is south facing, right next to a hedge and the soil is horridly thin, silty stuff.

Strawberries always do best in their second year. If they try to send out runner to make new plants this year, encourage them 😊

Runner bean Construction is up (it’s definitely a construction with a capital C as it’s about 8 feet high!) and runner beans are in … 🤞

Other than that, didn’t do much today as am still tired. Did three rows and watched lots of Bridgeyness 😊
