So pleased for Mr KK that he was able to go without worrying about infecting others. Glad the service went well.

Well done you, it's not easy writing let alone also delivering a eulogy, proud of you.
Don't forget that these things as well as all the grief and worry take it out of us, so make sure to consciously prioritise your wellbeing for a while.
So glad Mr KK tested negative and what a relief the whole day went well. The bikers sound like a lovely touch

Thanks @beanielou, @Brie and @savingholmes. We are both glad it’s done. Mr KK offered to stay with MiL tonight but she said “No, I’ve got to get on with it”.
I felt so wiped earlier that I went to bed for a couple of hours. I didn’t sleep sleep but the dozing helped. Just been out and cleared half a bed in the veggie patch - not so impressive as Mr KK had gone over the bindweed in it recently but it is still good to get it moving …. 😊

    Thank you x
I did pause at the start to settle myself as the hymn had made me tearful and the celebrant said he had been ready to take over, but once I started he knew it would be okay. 😊
I did have one of Mr KK’s uncles ask me to do his eulogy afterwards! 😳😂 Umm, no thank you …! 😂
