  • All sounds lovely.
How was the led fask mask session... I had mine on last night in bed - took it off  and slapped some serum on that I had on my nightstand before fallling asleep .. Mr KK may not be up for this though - you looking like something from a Hannibal Lecture daydream..

For various reasons I only got to my first session with it last night. I found it a bit strange with the fitment bits over the eyes, it didn’t completely exclude all the different shades of light. (I suspect that is because I have quite a small head and face - I always struggle with the fit of hats, masks, VR headsets etc.)
The red light I found a bit warm but the blue and yellow light was fine. I only did a minute on each setting and will try a bit more tonight.

  • Glad you experimenting  with the mask.. These home ones are not as strong as the professional ones so you cant really damage  your skin. I cycle now 5 min yellow, 5 min blue and the 15 min red when I get the chance. It is a bit weird at first and depends what you are doing - I find it easy to wash up in (!) , declutter  and lie in bed at night .. but trying to do things on a screen at the same time can feel a bit uncomfy cos of all the lights.

You should be able to adjust the straps for the fitting..  i have a kids bike helmet .. so I am feeling you on headsize..

I have my xmas tree up now for over a week with my £6 mains wired MrT  200 lights and it really lights the space. So enjoy yours in your new fabulous living room

We have spent the whole day cleaning, cleaning, cleaning and clearing ….
Tree is up, most of the decorations that we do are up and the house is a home again.
La Belle Floof is not too impressed! 😉😂

There is still tidying to do, but we’ve broken the back of it 😊
