I still have tulips to do something with, if that makes you feel any better! 😂 But I have a bit more time for them 😊

The beeswax does make the wood glow and the living room smells amazing 🤩❤️

  • Well done on getting the chest of drawers sorted. And the bulbs as well - have to admit I've not touched my garden for about two weeks because it's just been a swamp.

Mega intense week. Not going to bother sharing any of it as it is DONE!

Came home after a rough commute to dust EVERYWHERE from Mr KK trying all day to make a hole in mega dense / hard blocks for one of the new lounge windows. He was quite confident that he had minimised the dust …. until I wiped my finger across the hot plate in the kitchen, 3 rooms away …! 😳🙄
It’s not too pleasant here right now, but I’m hoping my bedroom is still clean (I haven’t dared look at my room yet and my towel that was on the heated airer downstairs definitely needs washing now) so I’m trying quite hard not to think about it….
Few small OPs made this week from surveys etc.
Had an email from my Marky ISA that I could ‘activate’ a bonus (an extra 1.49% for 12 months), so I have done that.
Booked every online groceries slot between now and Turkeyday so at least that’s sorted.
My suitcase for the December work trip has arrived as have my luggage tags.
Madam Floof stopped eating mid week. The following morning she was sick, including bones and is now back to her usual tyrannical self! I will mention this cycle of behaviour when we take her for her jabs in a few weeks.

I need to try again to request a ‘van-pass’ for the tip for removal of the window hole rubble, as apparently they want photos of the inside of the V5 as well as the front 🙄
I finally have permission to buy the paint for the feature wall behind the fireplace 😊, so that’s on the agenda tomorrow along with two small curtain tracks for the new lounge windows. Mr KK also wants me to pick him up a poppy.
