Reassembled the vacuum cleaner but I shall leave it until tomorrow to rehome it. But the screw driver and the glass that the screws were safe in are back in their respective storage homes 😊

I’m having a problem with my mobile which means I have no internet access unless I’m on WiFi which is only at home. It means I have no texts, WhatsApp, emails, apps etc. It’s really annoying! Mr KK says he’s had this problem after a software update last year and he needed a new SIM card so somehow I have to work that into the weekend now. 🙄 Heading off to rebook the tip slot to get rid of the last of the rubble from recent building work, from the Saturday morning to the afternoon.

Glad the car bill wasn't worse. Good you were able to go ahead with the interview.

    Exciting about possible job prospects.

Good luck with the phone. Sounds really annoying!

    Thanks @savingholmes, @Merlin's_Beard, @beanielou 😊

Yes, it’s been a flipping intense few days - not great when still recovering from a bug. I have absolved myself from making my lunch for tomorrow and will buy something (not convinced I could produce anything edible when this tired!) and plan to have an early night. I think the sleep-debt from all the hot nights is catching up with me - if I’m not careful I will be ill again.

Chuffed about the car bill tbh - I was hoping it wasn’t going to be more than £300! 😉

The job - I’m fairly 50/50 about it. I’m too tired to think clearly about it tonight (more self care) but will mull it over this weekend.

I think if it's for you it will become clear. Remember your body always knows the answer.

If you say the phrase 'I am meant to live in peace' as you consider the decision - which option feels more peaceful? You may not have enough info yet and that's okay but when you are ready ask the question. It's from the MB Integrity book I recommended to you.

SavingHolmes - thank you so much for that ❤️🙏
I don’t have enough information yet, but will be using that test for this question and others. It has really touched me.

I have had my shoes and the comfrey feed arrive - Mr KK is horrified by the wiffiness of the latter 😉
Absolutely shattered as I was driving home, and got back to a tipped heap of firewood, so have had to help Mr KK stack all that.
Major frog eaten in work today (being going on since May! 😳🙄) so we get to buy a big piece of equipment soon - yes, I negotiated a significant discount! 😉
Recruiter has been through my CV rejigging it and making it read better - seriously impressed by what she has done. People usually pay for this! 😊
One small piece of decluttering - moved a straw hat from the dining table to the coat stand in the conservatory 😊

Seems like I have recovered a bit.
Emailed recruiter, answered her queries and agreed her changes to my CV.
Changed the sheets on my bed (a day ‘early’ but I am all about and out of sync because of being ill / the hot weather).
    Breakfast and lunch prepped.
Downloaded NHS app and placed an order for one of my repeat prescriptions 😊

A productive end to my day to benefit me 😊

Very, very tired and headachy today. Arrived at work to notice of a meeting dumped on me with almost no prep time at 11am this morning by my boss. It needed significant input and because i was in back to back meetings all morning, there was no way I would be ready in time, I suggested I do the prep today and we could then review in our usual 1:1 on Monday. Prep done and sent just as I left today!

Teams interviewed a candidate. Had that sinking feeling as soon as I saw him on-screen and yup; no oomph, only negative reasons for wanting the job (running away from where he is as it’s toxic) and most critically doesn’t have the key skills I need (and his CV gave the impression he had 🙄). Ho hum. Didn’t feedback to him today as I wasn’t in the right frame of mind to be constructive - a job for first thing Monday.

My technician has new kittens 🐈‍⬛ 🤩❤️ He tried to tell me that his wife wanted them more than him …. but yes, he’s totally besotted as well 😉😊

Looking forward to a quiet weekend!!

£5.06 from QM33 and 83p from TT to OP this evening 😊
