The boiler is tiresome, but the colleague thing is really quite upsetting and distressing.

However, this evening I have also harvested 410g of fresh, organic tomatoes 😊
I also met the neighbours’ two big carp this evening when watering all the pots etc whilst they are away on holiday. I have been feeding the goldfish in their outdoor pond for about a week now and hadn’t seen the koi and wondered why I had been told to feed quite so much! 😉😂
Mr KK has also chopped back a huge hazel so that my whirlygig isn’t buried and we aren’t quite touching to overhead power lines! ⚡️

Hope everything's okay with your colleague.  I used to work at a place where people occasionally disappeared from their desks accompanied by security.  Haven't experienced that anywhere since thank goodness, but I remember the atmosphere - it was unsettling for quite a while after.

Oh no to the boiler part too, thank goodness its the summer (allegedly - although it was lovely yesterday and seems very sunny again today).  Thank goodness for work shower.  We're both gym members so I guess that would be a back up for us, but not the same :(

I am definitely growing some tomatoes in raised beds next year - found a little spot to put them.  There's nothing like a homegrown tasty tomato.

ps love a pond, but wouldn't like the upkeep.

Hope you have an enjoyable lunch.

Lots of weeding happening here.  The weather seems to have sparked a huge amount of unwanted green growth.
