Read your UPFs posts with interest, that's something I'm really looking at at the moment and considering ways to cut them down. I'd always thought of us as being pretty healthy eaters anyway but when you count them up it's amazing/scary how many UPFs are in our diet (especially the bread, that's been a real eye opener!)
Also I'm near Monmouth too, our village is over the Monmouthshire border but we're half a mile from the Forest of Dean border. Feel so lucky to live here.Mortgage free as of March '25!

It is an absolutely stunning area and relatively quiet too, compared to the inner cities.eat_that_frog said:Read your UPFs posts with interest, that's something I'm really looking at at the moment and considering ways to cut them down. I typed up quite a detailed description this morning for the FB group but am still waiting for the admins to approve it …. Once it surfaces / I have the time to write it again I will post it. Thank you 😊badmemory said:Why not just put it on here and see if anyone knows it. A lot of us are long time readers, although I left my teens over 50 years ago so may not be a lot of help!ETA I've just checked out a book I read when I wasn't quite a teenager. On Amazon for $100. I'm just wondering if it is still in the loft.

Arranged the flowers I rescued last night before today’s downpour and conditioned overnight. I have recorded this as £6 on my produce tracker or the equivalent of two small bunches of s/market flowers.
