Well done on tackling the UPF. It's only when you start thinking about it that you realise you much you're consuming, but eventually things you always thought would be a step too far become the norm (I even make my own baked beans now, which I always thought would be ridiculous). I must admit to being a dreadful "checkout snob" when I see what some other people are buying though 🤣!
    Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
Cleared 🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️!!! In 5 years, 1 month and 29 days
Total amount repaid: £72,307.03. £1.10 repaid for every £1.00 borrowed

Finally earning interest instead of paying it!!!

I’m not sure that I am tackling it yet … I’m still in the ‘oh no!’, ‘OMG!’, ‘still eating chocolate phase’ … 😳🙄😂😉
But I will make proper biscuits tomorrow (made them before so I know they are nice) and I have an idea for a riff on a batch that my dad used to make with chicken 😊

I am plotting and planning how to adapt what I eat so it’s HM rather than shop bought - so how to do soups, eating more ‘raw’ frozen veg and fruit as sides or actually raw. It is taking quite a lot of thought ….

...... got two new bras in the right colour, no luck on thongs though sadly.

Am amazed at how much has happened and how much you have got done in so little time.  Glad you got the new bras, but thongs!  :o:D  Lol, I'm an M&S knicker / granny knicker person these days.  Unless you were talking about the Aussie thongs (flip flops I believe).

Mr KK has always said that life is never boring with him …. I reminded him of this when we were sat on the sofa after the d’arma had more or less subsided on Thursday night and he cringed …. 😂😂😉

I cannot be doing with knickers or VPL. I’ve been wearing thongs since I was 14 and expect to wear them to my end! 😉

There's some phrase about the only people who have never made a mistake are the ones who never do anything , so I'm definitely with the non-boring ones, but sometimes I do like a bit of boring time

Well definitely not the Aussie ones then

I was out shopping earlier and looked at some bras, but couldn't be bothered to try them on - it's been a busy weekend.  I think I might be online shopping soon though as I've lost a bit of weight so might need to get my bothered on

I think I was down your way at the beginning of the week, as you mentioned a just over the border Welsh town.  I hadn't really visited since I was a teenager, (nearly 40 years ago, how is that possible!) but it was nice to see some old haunts and remember happy family outings.  Beautiful area.

I’m on the edge of the Forest of Dean near Ross on Wye. And yes, it is a stunningly beautiful area that I am grateful for living in every day ❤️😊

I also got remeasured for bras this weekend and was surprised (as everyone usually is I’m sure) that I was wearing 2 back sizes and 1 cup size too big! The bras were also upwards of £100 so I said I’d return at a later time when I had completely finished breastfeeding but they were absolutely stunning. Just didn’t want to have to remortgage the house to buy them!

I’m surprised that you are in bras that are too big when breastfeeding - I thought you typically got bigger then? Or had you just fed / expressed?
Yes, the price of them is …. well, let’s just say …. ‘remarkable’! I try to offset it in my mind by thinking of them as pieces of engineering and engineering shouldn’t come cheap! 😉

I definitely need to invest in some bras and some shoes.  I need comfort and support in both.
