Heartbroken for you. Please take time to grieve, it's so hard to lose a family member.
On the mortgage front, it's bewildering how they fast it's moving isn't it.2 -
Oh so sorry to hear that, take care CM2

I’m so sorry to hear about your little cat NG, he was a cutie.
I’m glad you got a call from the vets though and you aren’t left wondering x

So sorry for your loss NG. We lost one in similar circumstances and it was really hard. I just couldn’t understand why she couldn’t have been satisfied with the numerous gardens and overgrown places she could get to without crossing the road. But they are free spirits and that’s one of the things we love about them. Thinking of you. x R2

Thanks for the kind comments everyone, it’s such a shock as he was so young ☹️ He was desperate to be outside even from a small kitten but we kept him in until fairly recently.
Went to the in-laws yesterday for fil’s birthday, eating outside 🥵 factor 50 on and I still felt ill! It wasn’t too bad they have got slightly less difficult , still managed to call dd by her cousins name (they always do this as she’s the fav) and then when she showed them her honeymoon photos told her dhs brother has just been to Barbados and said it was an awful place 😡 grrr , no patience this weekend!Moving on to hopefully a more pleasant week now …Plans for today:- sort out finances, the indecisiveness is leading to stress and I’m avoiding dealing with it all!
- Sort out dhs speeding fine paper work £100 😡
- do all washing and dry outside of course 😁
- Contact vet if I don’t hear from cremation company
- See what the boys want to do on their birthdays if anything, they are at a festival but maybe a cake before they go Wednesday night?
- Keep cool!

maybe don't worry about the names. My granny used to go through all the names before she got to mine however years later I discovered she was exactly the same with all the grandchildren.

😆 indeed, she does run through her three boys’ names but dh is always last even though he’s not youngest 😂Hot here today surprise surprise, we are in the news as there’s a huge fire about three miles long about a five minute drive away, we are also only 20 mins drive from the house fires, it’s quite smokey indoors now but we need the windows open still. Went out to Asda today to get a tent for ds1 for this weekends festival and I could see smoke in Kent too in the distance on the way home, strange times!MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁3

My mum calls me by my sister's name, then my brother's, then one of my dad's sisters, then one of her sister's... she usually gets my name in the end but she's done this for years and it doesn't bother me
