Hello Ladies,
Chanie thank you.
I will finish my play once I have had feedback on Saturday 24th September on the scene and the treatment for my play that I had to submit. The course does not finish until January 2023.5 -
Thinking of you and your family, Sugarbaby and sending you love, hugs and positive vibes xxx4

SUgarbaby.......Sending you ❤️💐. It must be such a difficult time for you. My thoughts are with you. It's such a strange time isn't it. The Queens death seems to have triggered a lot of sad memories. I have been quite low and tearful. I thought I was over all the sadness and grief but it all has come rushing back. Hey ho, this too will pass.On a more cheerful note, I have lost 6lbs. Another 25 to 30 to go. Lol.It's definitely quite autumnal now. My favourite time of the year. I'm probably going into the city to meet my sister for lunch and a shopping spree, mainly knitwear and thermals. 😉5

Thanks Helen, grief never leaves you and it can always rear it's head and catch you unawares in my personal experience.
I always try to make the most of my life, no matter how many health challenges and other obstacles come my way as every day is a blessing to me. I am one of the fortunate ones, I am still here, enjoying my life.6 -

Well done on the weightloss @helensbiggestfan. Aside from the health and beauty benefits, I think it helps to feel in control of something in these difficult times. I've been checking regularly in Sainsbury's and no thermals have appeared as yet. I must try M&S as last year they had a great range of long sleeved 'vests' in various colours. I like to wear them as layers as they're smart enough to have the sleeves or necklines showing.
It was a bit autumnal/chilly here first thing this morning but has brightened up and the sun is shining again. We've been out for a long walk (10 000+ steps) and coffee with friends, and it was very pleasant.5 -
In the spirit of house fabbing and generally cheering myself up, I treated the kitchen to some gorgeous flowers from Aldi (under £10 too!)....4

@helensbiggestfan well done on your weight loss.
@maman have you tried Uniqlo’s heat tech thermals?
@liberty_lily your flowers are very pretty and really suit your room.6 -
Helen, well done on your weight loss. One pound at a time and we will both reach our weight loss goal eventually.
Liberty Lily, those flowers are gorgeous and they were a bargain.4 -
Thinking of you Sugarbaby . Well Done Helen on weight loss, Lovely flowers Liberty Lil. I picked up a small bunch of peach roses in Tesco, they look lovely and usually last quite well from there. Enjoyed a walk with a friend after work. Not many more of these light evenings. I too have been feeling sad about the Queen, it feels so strange at the moment
