I have requested the rwg SIM, not received it yet, and have to say their website is a nightmare. They want a mobile phone number to text you a confirmation code - but I am applying for a SIM as my last phone was stolen! Had to borrow someone else's phone. Then despite chosing to pay by Mastercard they made me open an account with PayPal - WHY?? Then their website crashed - said "Try Later". I had to spend a couple of hours struggling against this nonsense, just to buy something for £5 !

There is a reason they are so cheap/free.
Advanced web sites and high levels of customer service have a cost.
But I have found support for RWG via email very good, and quick.1 -
