OK, fair enough - but I honestly don't think that anybody would go for a minus amount. It is not compulsory to submit a Swago! And the Shop Swago is more a bit of fun than a serious earning opportunity.

I’m really not happy with this company
I managed to accrue the rewards of 3000 and did everything correctly but my account has now been deactivated for no apparent reason
it only happened tonight but it is upsetting as I have spent a lot of time on it and I have a reward pending0 -

I had been deactivated. Probably took almost 2 weeks once I put in my ticket. I had redeemed a gift card right before. Just had to redeem it again. All my points where there.
Mine was deactivated a while back. I opened a support ticket and got the account restored the next day, with an email apologizing for the inconvenience. So it can happen.

Thanks
it was awful and upsetting and you can’t speak to anyone quickly I have tried to do everything correctly. I am redeeming a £10 gift card already but not complete but had another 2000 in my account with MSE offer. Am worried that they will take these off me?0
