Same for me with Alu's. 

Finally SBs have actually improved something  .  Now all we need is better paying surveys which take the time specified and no dodgy screenouts

Careful with a survey about buying washing detergent doing the rounds at the moment - I just got 15 minutes and about 80% the way through it and when asked if the product I bought was on promotion or not, I got booted out of the survey because it wasn't on promotion.

I dont' mind being disqualified at the start of a survey for not being the target audience, but 80% the way through? That's just taking the p*ss, these sites just have no respect for their respondents at all!

There's quite a lot on Swagbucks that beats me, take the search facility. Whats the point? It never really finds anything.

I only use search for the chance to win swagbucks/collector bills the results are irrelevant

SB are now refusing to respond to a query ticket unless I submit Government mandated photographic identification documents. I certainly don't recall doing this before, have had the account (inc. breaks, for inactivity) for dunno, over 7-8 years minimum I guess. perhaps longer.. and I'm pretty sure had to validate it years ago.

The fact that this country does not, and as far as I know has never, mandate Government photo identification is clearly irrelevant, they simply close the ticket as soon as I tell them this.
Tried starting a new ticket, exact same thing. ask for ID, I reply this is not possible could they simply answer my question, ticket closed. 9 tickets closed thus far in this manner.
A glance at social media the past couple of weeks reveals this is hardly an isolated incident. though I assume a vast majority of users are US based, of course.

Has this happened to anyone else?

From May this year, that will change.  The Government has sneaked in a formal photo ID requirement, without which one will not be allowed to exercise one's constitutional right to vote.  You will have to produce a passport, a driving licence or some other official photo ID.  See https://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/i-am-a/voter/voter-id/accepted-forms-photo-id.
