Surveymonkey surveys not redirecting back to SB after completion meaning they don't credit - this has happened to me twice now in the past few days. I'll now just close the tab if ever see these scammers again, but just a warning for others. YMMV.

I had moved over to playing games as surveys no use for me.  I had spent hours playing FarmVille 2 and Merge Gardens which actually took way longer than any game I have played to complete task.  They didn't track - so because I had the ss etc of offer and proof of completed task I waited the 33 days and filed a ticket.  They just told me that the two games didn't track and give me a good will offer of 1000 swagbucks.  for Merge Garden, I was meant to get 2000 swagbucks for Farmville 2 as well. 

My question (seeing as they have stopped accepting proof on our end) how do you know the game is tracking?  I have found that games via Offertoro always track no problem.  

Any advise please.

You can get the equivalent of £12/hour for surveys elsewhere and I don't think the games on Swagbucks pay that much. If you enjoy playing the games then it doesn't really matter how low the payments are or if they track or not - I wouldn't play the games for fun and they take far too much time to risk doing them for nothing.

I looked at Stormshot which turned out to be desktop and Monster Legends where they sent a link to my mobile - I  clicked on Stormshot but made no attempt to download it and the M L I clicked on to download but cancelled as soon as the download started - Both tracked on SB immediately

On the homepage top right are your earnings, next to that is your logo, if any, click on the logo to bring up your account and change the view from posted to visited (the 2 I did showed up immediately) if they don't show they are unlikely to track - also gives you the contact for the item

Careful with a lengthy survey about video games - it had a lot of questions, one specifically about Minecraft and several about microtransactions and such. When asked at what age I stopped playing with Lego and other physical toys and chose '9-11' as my answer I got booted out despite it being at least 75% deep in to the survey and them already knowing I was an adult!

But that's the thing, they did appear on the activity and I even contacted costumer service from the game activity tracking.  They just said it didn't track.

I suppose it shows it has tracked the visit but just like my fleeting visit tracked that doesn't prove there was a sign up at that point

Just clicked on it and it took me to Google, I assumed something was wrong so went back and tried again - google again so I typed in a search  - it's credited 2 X 3 SB

Found this on reddit & it works for me - if your swagbucks search page isn't showing any results when you search - go to the bottom of the page, click on Your Cookie Choices under legal then make sure the button slider on Optional Cookies (under Manage Consent Preferences on the sidebar that opens)  is set to on, then click the Confirm My choices button and search results should reappear.

Thanks Jenna, worked for me too - one would have thought that the Swagbucks helpdesk could have advised on the solution.  I've defaulted my browser now so should pick up more search wins now - let's see...
