I did read on the SB sub-reddit that many others were also reporting the same problems yesterday, so obviously it was a site-wide thing, they'd just turned off search wins for the day probably whilst testing/changing the rules about how many searches it takes, which has clearly changed again. Just another in the long list of skimming/removal of earnings that they've been doing over the past couple of years.

Took me around 30 searches to get 5 SB. I think any skimming is to giver the users the "skim" while they take the bulk (I know years ago they were paying less than 10% from some surveys compared to going direct to the survey site)

Got a search win today (5 SB) in the usual number of 4 attempts, but that was spread out over about 10 or 12 minutes.

Used an old laptop with Swagbucks as the default search engine, which I believe helps, but I find it's also best if I don't search quickly. It's probably been when I've tried to do them a bit more quickly that it takes a few more goes, but I never do several a minute.

Wonder whether they've tightened up the rules or algorithms or something about searching and, similar to needing to wait when playing the games, it now requires longer between searches otherwise you end up needing to do more, even for the first win, which is all I go for.

Hi guys,

Trying to get through 2 Swagbucks offers (Monopoly and Club Vegas). I have downloaded these to my phone and have been playing them for days. I have already qualified for Swagbucks.

The issue is they are not tracking on their respective pages. Really don't want to play them for nothing. Is there anything I can do to assist with this?

Whatever they've done, the search page is still blank with no results, so search wins working again is good but as an actual search function its still as broken as it ever was. If they fixed that it might even be of some use, to them and us.

It’s all rubbish imo. Just tried every survey available to me, there were 8, not one got anywhere. I closed immediately the bitlab 4sb for 20 minute survey.
Ive moaned about it for a while but it’s never been so trashy.

Is MSE still promoting this with the offer I originally signed up on. I assume a bit of a cash cow for them with the amount of signups it must of generated and a percentage of earnings.

It’s been like that for me with the c*** surveys. It’s so hit and miss at the moment

[Has anyone had problems with the sms verification for redeeming lately? I hadn't redeemed for a while, went to do so tonight and thought the page looked a bit different (usually a bad sign..). Anyway the sms verification code would not come through for me, usually v quick & no problems at all. May be jumping the gun asking for advice here but customer support just replied with the good old 'please complete identification process' thing which I can't do if I wanted - which I don't - no ID of that sort. Will post when I hear back just wondered if there were any similar experiences/tips, to be forewarned   .]

edit: just in case anyone else has this, changing my email address got around it

Got 5SB search win with usual 4 attempts this morning but spread out over about an hour.

On a positive did a pollfish survey at 7:30am yesterday, didn't credit. It credited tonight at 7:20pm, 105SB

RevU is paying treble at the moment.
