Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to contact Swagbucks customer services for missing points? I have been playing 2 games on my phone and neither has tracked. No points credited to my account.

When trying to submit a ticket it just comes up with error despite filling out all the fields

I've got 40 on there at the moment but I generally never aim to complete any and only look for 1 for a DQ when I need discover for a partial list on Mondays or the odd occasion, maybe once a week, it's needed for a full list.

Yes me too but sometimes it goes on and on with prequel nonsense (or maybe it’s just me) and the DQs aren’t as forthcoming as previously 

I started doing the quiz one again instead

Found this on reddit & it works for me - if your swagbucks search page isn't showing any results when you search - go to the bottom of the page, click on Your Cookie Choices under legal then make sure the button slider on Optional Cookies (under Manage Consent Preferences on the sidebar that opens)  is set to on, then click the Confirm My choices button and search results should reappear.

The laptop pic "check out the new deals" offer has stopped crediting for me, doesn't always go to the same site & sometimes the second click you're meant to make gets blocked by google (still sometimes works on inbox pounds) .

The new "Check Out The New Offers" offer - woman with hand on her chin & a blurred pot of pens pic, currently 3sb, is broken for me (link just goes to google dot com with nothing to click) but still credits & ticks off daily discover on my to do list.

I am quite happy for search results not to show as it seems to make no difference to the chances of getting a search win, the page loads quicker without results and as I just click down a list of searches anyway the results do not matter- if I was actually looking for real results I would not use Yahoo (provide Swagbucks results).
