What are people's experiences when it comes to contacting them about missing SBs?

I found them good when I first joined, now they don't even seem to read the query and respond with a generic response that isn't even relevant.

How many searches are possible per day? Got the 24SB 3 times on the 11th (SB date and time stamp in history) and now want to get the 18 SB 2x too

I didn’t get the 18 sb one last night trying several times and tried again this morning but now a different one 7sb. Usually they are around longer

3 search wins a day I believe is the maximum.

RevU playing silly b*ggers again today with not paying, so if might be worth giving them a miss until they start crediting again if you find the same happening.
