Redeemed my 1st reward through mainly surveys and now...nothing.  Is that what tends to happen?

It is if you don't wait long enough, yes!

Seems you only redeemed 2 or 3 days ago and, as you mentioned, it can take up to 10 days. I think if you expect it to take 10 days or a couple of weeks then usually it should mean you'll be pleasantly surprised when it turns up before then!

Ok, you misunderstood.  I meant no more surveys.

Incidentally, I've had my reward which processed within a couple of days.

The more days you reach the first target the higher it gets until it reaches whatever the standard target is for that day (the second target also rises but varies much more) Fail to get the target enough times and it generally drops back to  30SB.

Anyone finding at times surveys don’t work. Doing one now and no keyboard option coming up so stuck

On the few I look at the keyboard on my laptop always works without needing to select anything? Not all surveys necessarily work on a mobile though
