Todays search yields 7SB, already got it twice, earlier this morning and again just now.

Hi,

I'm fairly new to Swagbucks but have enough to redeem a reasonable reward.

However, I'm having issues...

I selected my reward, they were supposed to send me a verification code.  I tried several times, no code. I logged a ticket, they wanted government ID.  I followed the instructions, turned slightly left, slightly right etc, I was doing it for a good few minutes.  Then it asked me to send a selfie, which I did.  Then they closed the ticket saying solved.  I replied it isn't solved, I still haven't got my code.  They closed that as well.

What's going on?!

Keep raising tickets and wait. They are slow and unpredictable. OH account got deactivated for "suspected fraud" when a higher reward was requested for payout after a game has been played. Despite several emails they only responded once and ignored the rest. Offered ID verification, etc but no response. Have given up. My account was similar to yours, needed verification, raised tickets and it took a fair while. No problems since and Paypal playouts are coming in. Never accumulate large sums, I always pay out instantly when I have reached the minimum £5 for Paypal. Good luck!

Thank you for the tip.  I will do that from now on.  I will keep pushing.

While generally cashing out when possible applies to all survey sites etc it can be worth keeping maybe 200/300 Swagbucks in hand so you can easily get enough to use a swag-up from any team challenges before they expire

Issue resolved, funnily enough not long after my reply.  Let's see how long they take processing my reward.  It says usually 2-3 days but can be 10.

What p*sses me off about this is that SB NEVER own up to this kind of thing. If they just made a post somewhere like "Sorry guys, we had a !!!!!! up yesterday with such-and-such, we're working on it and expect to be back to normal by tomorrow" or whatever. But no, it's always like it was just a figment of your imagination or an isolated case. Just a little respect and communication goes a long way.

I find that with a lot of places though.  You report an IT issue and they say do this do that because it HAS to be your device, and then hours later...we are currently doing some maintenance on our website...

I find the thermo surveys have become more rubbish of late with a rigmarole to go through and then no DQ, same questions asked incessantly then a hiding to nothing

Only been really trying for daily goals bonus for 3-4 months (previously just sacked it off if it was a slow day). But what is getting me...... today is 8SB for first and 32SB for second, yet all I get awarded is 24SB. Am I missing something? I only ever get aearded the difference?

The IT issue cost me 100SB last month and probably the same this month, hmmm apology would be nice.

I rarely reach the daily goals unless I get a large search win and/or a short survey so my first target tends to remain at 30 (bonus 3) and the second around 94 (bonus another 3) - During September got just the 1st goal 9 times and both once. Total points awarded, no streak,  were correct at 33 SB (9 x 3 for just the first target plus 3 and 3 for one day both were achieved). August was also correct with 5 just the first and 1 both. Looking further back to July I got the first goal 15 times including a 7 day streak and the bonus was correct again inc the streak
